Given:
1. The site publishes a number of posts of registered authors.
2. You can vote for the post to unregistered users. This criterion is quite desirable, but I think it can be changed.

Need to:
Arrange a vote for the post as close as possible to objectivity. Voting results will be open. Actually, I would like to understand (preferably, in “human” language) the mechanism of rating formation (because it will need to be brought to the attention of the participants), and so that it could be technically implemented.
