Khabrachelovechevu about karma and strength

I have been following Habr's life for a long time, and for a long time the question torments me: on what do people base their decision to raise or lower the karma to the author, to add or subtract a topic, to write down or comment on it?

At the moment, from my observations I did not find the answer to this question, because so far I do not see any particular logic. Even the most seemingly innocuous, interesting or informative topic can go into a minus, and not the most interesting and not the most informative can get up to plus with incredible speed.

How do you think about your desire to raise a person's karma? What is the basis of this action? As I have noticed, capturing a topic does not always lead to raising the karma of its author, although very often picking up a topic leads to the desire to lower the karma to the author. Same thing with comments.

Behind me, I noticed a couple of features, and I think this is typical for most of habrachelovechestve. As soon as I minus a comment, which, it seems to me, sounds negative, or carries a bit of nonsense, I have a clear desire to lower the karma of the author of this comment, but for some reason the same desire does not manifest itself at the moment when I add a topic .

For obvious reasons, this phenomenon can be attributed to the ordinary human factor: good (plus) causes evil (minus), and evil gives rise to even greater evil. It is also easy to understand that a huge number of factors can influence this, such as: your health, weather, relationships with others at the moment when you last had sex, how many hours and when you slept the last time you ate the last time and much, much more. But still I would like to understand what really and most of the cases your motives are based on, and what thoughts move the habrechelo to lower or increase the author.

I would be grateful to all the habra people who will help in finding the answer to this question.
