Nepomuk: New Virtuoso is much faster and more scalable;
Nepomuk now has the ability to search on an unmounted storage device;
Integration of QtWebKit into KDE (cookies, proxies, etc., but not KPart).
Basic:Added a new history module on the sidebar in Konqueror;
Dolphin has built-in search and version control;
Gwenview: thumbnails of images on folders;
Gwenview: a new photo import tool.
Network:You can create avatars from a webcam in Kopete;
KGet: better support for checking downloaded files;
KGet: “broken” downloads can be repaired;
KGet: support for adding mirrors, moving and renaming files when loading;
Remote desktop client (KRDC) added full screen switching and support for Telepathy Tubes.
Other major changes:Okular: Support forward and reverse lookups for DVI and PDF;
Okular: New Pastebin engine;
KAddressbook uses Akonadi to store contacts;
KMail: email archiving;
KMail: search by tags;
KMail: error messages are now passive;
Okteta Hex Editor: New interface for editing values in the decoding table;
Okteta Hex Editor: Shared browsing and storing tabs;
The text-to-speech KDE subsystem is now synthesized with Speech Dispatcher.
