And then I thought:

“Yes, I need to remember the Internet without Yandex,” I replied with incomprehensible pride to myself.

Climbed on Rambler - 1996.

“Hmmm ... but without the Rambler, I guess I’m not even a runet now," I thought, annoyed.

For the sake of interest climbed on Aport - 1995. That I probably did not see. 99% of the “population” of the RuNet were not seen more precisely than the RuNet without the Aport.

Why am I doing this? And besides, how many of you remember how to runet?

And maybe someone saw it growing and shining in the early 2000s?

For most, the words Yandex, Aport, Rambler, Internet.ru, ALG (forgive me, but that's true, although I don’t like it), bolts, mail.ru is part of the Runet. Its integral part.

Can you imagine that just 10 years ago, 95% of companies simply did not exist in the project? :)
