Dressed.ru: the best student start-up of 2009 according to Mail.Ru

The other day the summing up and awarding of the winners of the second annual award “Student Startup of the Year” held by the business incubator of the State University - Higher School of Economics was held. Bright, interesting startups are the future of the Runet, in which Mail.Ru is vitally interested;) That is why we could not but support such an interesting event - the Jobs@Mail.Ru project acted as the general Internet partner of the award.

But we still wanted to tell a little about something else. Namely - about the startup that became the winner in our special nomination, and the authors of which received a MacBook Pro laptop. This is the project dressed.ru. What is he like?

Dressed.ru is an online service that allows you to conveniently and comfortably choose / update your wardrobe, or simply work on your individual style. The functionality of the project allows you to create collages using both the existing large base of clothes and shoes, as well as uploading your own images.

Also on the site there is a convenient service for comparing prices for fashion goods in online stores, functionality for communicating with other visitors. In addition, at dressed.ru you can get style advice, take part in numerous competitions, as well as order individual advice. The best collages for the lifetime of the project can be found here .

Why did we choose this particular project? There are two criteria, and they are surprisingly simple:

1. An interesting, unusual idea.
2. Potentially mass user audience. Well, we have a weakness for the services with which millions work :)
