According to Forrester Research, the most bold sector of the market for the first time in the history of American e-retail was the “Clothing” category, with buyers spending a record $ 18.3 billion, however, this year sales are expected to increase to $ 22.1 billion i.e. 10% of all sales of clothing will be carried out using the network.
The second largest segment was Computer Hardware and Software with sales of $ 17.2 billion, followed closely by the category Automobiles and Parts, with sales of $ 16.7 billion.
