Initially, we set ourselves the task of creating a system that would allow us to receive professional lawyer assistance online. That is, not just to consult with a lawyer on general issues (there are many such projects), but to receive the same services as in a serious offline law office.

The system works as follows:

The client enters the system and consults with the duty lawyer who issues the invoice. After paying the bill, our lawyers start working on solving the tasks. Initially, we decided to focus on small and medium-sized businesses, so we came up with a subscription system. The subscription includes the vast majority of those services that in our opinion may be required for small and medium-sized businesses (from the creation and examination of contracts and documents to the preparation of extrajudicial opinions, recommendations and the provision of written legal advice).

The project itself was created on the basis of the Khmelyovy and Partners Law Offices. Currently, there are 15 lawyers and 20 assistants inside the project. Duty lawyers work around the clock and are able to withstand several hundred calls a day. If necessary, ready to expand and expand :-)
