Some time ago, I sat down to store backups in the Amazon S3 cloud. I like the prices, the degree of reliability and simplicity of the program interaction with the service. Today I received another letter from the Amazon S3 mailing list, which says that the service now knows how to store versions of objects. True, the project is still in the beta stage ... but it's worth it, IMHO.

Personally for myself, I see in the new functionality almost unlimited operational space for storing incremental backups. But I am sure that someone will find another use for this extremely useful solution.
