“Good” bad idea and rating on “My World” on mail.ru

In the social network "My World" on mail.ru as in many others there is a vote for the photo. All assessments are summed up and make up a rating.
This is a small prehistory. And now the funny thing. As you know, there are many inattentive people in the world, especially in social networks (I will not even mention about viruses;)) But there are exceptions.

One Meow Rawr is one of them. This user, when visiting several dozens / hundreds of users, puts a rating of "+1" for one or two photos (which is added to the rating). In response, these dozens / hundreds of users are coming to see - who has done such meanness to them. See one of his photos and quickly put in retaliation, too, 1! And after such a massive visit, the rating of this photo approaches 3 thousand (2782)! (With an average rating of "the coolest girls in the yard" 100-1000).

The user, of course, is fake, but the idea was amusing. These are the things here :)

UPD. : I decided after this comment to read the reviews on the attacker's photo page. The thought came next - such a negative - are the disadvantages of usability (always a positive rating and a lack of understanding that “+1” also increases it), or a lack of people who insult 16 pages of insults?
