Premiere on Habré! The Russian translation of the trailer for the documentary film “Truth in Numbers” about the events taking place in and around Wikipedia and, it seems to me, well showing the versatility of Wikipedia. Since Wikipedia certainly affects us all and has already changed our world, everyone should know what is happening in Wikipedia! =))

In this truly unique film, there is something that I really appreciate - some critical approach and a serious attempt to comprehend and explore such a global movement as Wikipedia. There are very few materials like this in Russian , probably less than a dozen . Everything else that has been said about Wikipedia for almost ten years is at the level of "I read in these ... how they ... Internet ...". In general, I think the film will turn out as Revolution OS , only about non-free software, but about free content (%% username, you remember that Wikipedia has almost the same copyright status as Linux, Firefox and OpenOffice.org!).
