This mysterious Namibia, or boxes in the ocean

The cause of this topic was banal curiosity. Recently I reread books on the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905 concerning sea battles in the Far East. But since my childhood, I love books with pictures, so at the same time reading a literary work (in particular, Tsushima Novikov-Priboy), I tracked the route of the 2nd Pacific Squadron from St. Petersburg to Google, to the site of the future Tsushima battle.

And now, having reached the place where our sailors made a stop in the bay of Angra Pequena, in the west of Namibia, near the city with German colonial roots Lüderitz , he opened the map in the corresponding geographical point . As usual, he played with the scale in order to assess the surrounding area in more detail, and came across a very unusual object (more precisely, a whole group of objects) of this type:

It is clear that these are some wooden structures in the shallow water, perhaps - some kind of farm of exotic (edible?) Marine organisms, even of the “farmers'” house on the shore. But that's what it is specifically - the second day I break my head. Maybe someone more aware of this (or similar) place - save, do not let die from curiosity;)
