Does Masterhost hide domain owner data?

As it is known, in January the law “On Personal Data” came into force. Now the domain owner can remove his account details from the issue of the whois service.

Thus, the owner’s name and surname are hidden only on the site “Masterhost”. On other sites, this data is open.
Strange ... Why are the data hidden on only one site?
