Processing + WebMoney and Yandex.Money

Three Russian e-commerce players - ChronoPay , WebMoney and Yandex.Money - have announced the launch of a joint payment solution, which, according to the plan, should make life easier for online business owners and their customers. The solution works like this: in the online store, after adding the product to the cart, the visitor is redirected to the secure ChronoPay payment page, where he can choose the most convenient form of payment - by credit card, Yandex.Money or WebMoney. If one of the e-cash systems is selected, the client is authorized in it and initiates a payment operation. ChronoPay, receiving notice that the payment is made, notifies the representatives of the store.

The new solution is different in that it provides the buyer with a single point of access to payment by bank cards and electronic money. The owners of online stores, in turn, receive a universal gateway and a statistical interface that meets the requirements of reliability and security, reports ChronoPay.

“We have long been talking about the lack of competition between bank cards and electronic money systems,” commented Ivan Glazachev, vice president of marketing and commercial activities at ChronoPay. According to him, these payment instruments make up a universal product: the client decides how convenient and profitable it is to pay for a product or service. The future plans of the company include the integration of its processing platform with RUpay, MoneyMail and Rapid.
