Constructor / editor of Yandex. Map
Suddenly, it was required to display a Yandex.Maps widget on the page with some overlay layers. The problem was to let the user edit these layers.
A quick search for editors of superimposed primitives was given only by the designer of the location schemes from Yandex and by some poor php's designer of maps (besides, also paid). And the editor was needed. For this I had to sit down and quickly write.

Accordingly, I share the code , in case anyone has the same problem. The code, as always, is not brushed and well documented in C.
