Is MS - evil empire, and Google - good?

And you can debatable question (if not - minus the post, erase)?

Here before Microsoft in the programming community seems to have been considered an evil empire, because using a monopoly position, he integrated the software of smaller competitors into his products, thereby killing them. Right?

But now MS does not do this, but Google does - people already make lists of companies that Google has killed. But google empire is good. So MS is now a kinder empire of good. Is not it so?
