IPhone OS 3.1.3 released

It became available iPhones OS 3.1.3 with the following changes:

• More accurate display of battery level on the iPhone 3GS;
• Solved the problem of launching third-party programs;
• Programs that use the Japanese Kana keyboard no longer crash;
• Running a maliciously crafted MP4 file caused the phone buffer to overflow;
• Improved security access via USB;
• Access via FTP protocol could trigger the launch of some hidden code;
• Fixed a bug with mail when a client downloaded media content without the knowledge of the owner.
