Google is about to launch an online business software store integrated with Google Apps services. This will be another important step in the battle with Microsoft, reports WSJ.

Revenue from the new project for Google is expected to be negligible. To date, the company has attracted several hundred thousand paid users of Google Apps, including 20,000 at Motorola, 15,000 at Jaguar Land Rover and 30,000 among Los Angeles city services.
