What characteristics of online stores are really important to you?

I am assessing the importance (for users) of various chips online stores in different countries.
This is part of my second, now foreign, education. But there is very little data, almost no in most countries. I think such statistics will be interesting to many. After processing the results, be sure to share the findings.
