Puzzle without end.

A year ago, I came across a wonderful puzzle for geeks , or at least for people who know HTML and can work with browsers.
I tried to solve it with a friend for a couple, barely making it to the 23rd level, no way further, so I decided to post here who can advance and tell you what it really is.
