Bluetooth in Russian, or what to do when there is nothing to do

Hello. I want to tell you about the manufacture of wooden case for USB-Bluetooth module. The original case was successfully crushed by the foot, after which such a thought came to mind.

')
I apologize in advance for the quality of the photos, there was no normal camera at hand.

Materials and tools used in the manufacturing process:
1. A piece of redwood of unknown breed
2. Milling cutter with a pedal
3. Hand drill
4. Different emery paper
5. Solder tin, domestic pr-va
6. Blue Diode, 5V
7. Flaxseed oil
8. Shellac
9. Soldering iron

So, let's begin. First, a mahogany rake was found, a rectangle cut off from it, approximately in size. The hole for the device was made using a milling cutter, different nozzles :) After a slight sanding treatment, it looked like this:

After that, the processing of the body “zero” began, and later polishing with shellac with the addition of linseed oil, for better digestibility, and the tree began to acquire the “right” look :)

Further, the router itself cut out the logo itself, printed on the printer and pasted on the Bluetooth logo. In the resulting grooves solder was laid, missed with super glue:

And the front side of the case was re-polished and polished.
Then they drilled a hole under the diode, which was successfully dropped from the control panel of an old laser printer, and inserted into the case. The power to the diode was taken from the USB directly, because The voltage going to the staff diode was not enough to set fire to a new one :)

The Bluetooth module itself is mounted inside with a hot glue gun. In the end, something like this came out:

In a live device looks much more interesting and nobler, photos unfortunately do not convey all the delight :)
