CSS template for writing Drupal admin styles

I want to share my small experience related to the thematization of the administrative part of Drupal.
There is a task: you need to make CSS for the admin in the "tone" of the template of the public part of the site. I think this problem arose among developers under Drupal more than once.
Without further ado, I represent the preparation of CSS for writing styles for the Drupal admin panel (+ as a CSS file ).

Only basic styles are represented in the blank. The rest is for your taste and needs.
