Travel capsule

Wonderful industrial designer David Tonkinson turned his eyes on the needs of people who do not like to stay at home.


In the west, many people like to travel with bulky trailer houses. Especially for them, the Briton David Tonkinson created this prototype called Capsule Caravan . It compares favorably with its size.

But at the same time it has almost everything necessary for travelers. After parking the capsule is moved apart, thanks to this two people can fit in it.

The capsule is divided into two halves. The first is used as a bedroom, on a soft sofa you can relax after a trip and relax by turning on the stereo system. In the second part there is a table for eating.


The Capsule Caravan also provides a water supply system for washing, a power supply for connecting electrical appliances, and several lockers to house the most necessary things.


But, unfortunately, this is only a concept, and when it comes to mass selling and whether it comes at all is unknown.
