Let's protect Baikal from BPPM waste

Most recently, Putin V.V. by its resolution officially allowed to discharge the unpurified waste of the BPPM to Baikal! I offer everyone who is not indifferent to the future of us and our children to protect the most significant lake on our Planet by signing an appeal to President Dmitry Medvedev at babr.ru.
