Set of domain names in a different layout

Against the background of any arguments about national domains that make for convenience of remembering and entering the name, I remembered the method of creating passwords when you look at the Russian layout, but enter in Latin letters. Is it possible to register a domain name on the same principle? The idea seems to be even more interesting if we recall that the dot corresponds to the Russian letter "y". A quick look at popular top-level domains gave one promising option - .kz, which in the Russian layout looks like "Julia". Let's say a culinary site “Pan” could exist with the domain name rfcnh.kz. Looks pretty scary, but easy to remember. The site logo may suggest an input method:

Yes, I know that the button with “U” does not look like this, but in the logo this option is clearer.

I doubt the prospects of the idea, but suddenly someone will come in handy :-)
