Holidays are over. And I never received an answer to the letter, and instead of phones and e-mail in the column “technical support” I saw now “a convenient ticket system”. Posted a ticket
The answer was not long in coming - after 2 days they asked which domains to verify. Great, they probably don’t have customer control panels, but oh well. Sent a list of domains in the amount of 3 pieces.
2 of them, registered for a new passport - still verified in a day. But the third, which was registered on the old passport - no. I asked why they didn’t answer, but they sent me to write to support@regtime.net.
Wrote, put a scan (including a sheet with information about previously issued passports). There was no answer.
