Strange Repetitive Chrome Piece

On Twitter, when entering from the main label on the button - instead of "Sign in" reads "Create list". I thought this was a small problem for Twitter itself, and this does not happen in other browsers. Today I tried to go to Backpack - the same story, everything is correctly signed and works, except for the Sign in button - the Backpack has “Add this note” there (and this is not repeated in other browsers). WTF?
