I am not a fan of Yandex services, but I must pay tribute - Ya.Foto is a great thing.
So why the creators of the most progressive content in RuNet (I mean the command of Yandex and Habr) - will not unite for cooperation?
You can make a button to add a picture from the local computer - it is loaded and hosted on Yandex. The photos are under corporate login habrahabr and wait there for their doomsday - the album can only be edited by the person who uploaded the photo.
