Tax officers will receive data from online stores

An interesting article appeared in the US budget for the coming year, which provoked a protest from the Center for Democracy and Technology (CDT). It provides for obtaining information about unscrupulous taxpayers through online stores.

The fact is that many small businesses trade in personal property through online stores, trying to avoid paying taxes. Special inspectors will monitor their activities and collect data about them. True, this initiative has not yet received legislative support.
