As expected, following the transition of Google Chrome version 4 into stable, Chromium moved to the 5th “development stage”.

It seems impossible to write any tolerable changelog, because with the release of 5-6 builds per day, with constant code rollbacks, and additions of new features, all changes are more likely a record of fighter pilots talks during the battle.
A lot of work is going on polishing linux and mac versions of the browser - in fact, when you view the changelog, you can see 3-4 of the following points each time: working on the browser core, working with ChromeOS, working under linux and mac, html5. And of course adding a new functional, the most noticeable (for users) will probably be the emergence of the ability to “hide” the extensions icons:

The Settings Settings section has appeared in the browser settings.

... where you can specify what you want to see on the page and what is not. On what pages will javascript run \ work and on which not. There also moved the settings of cookies and pop-ups:


PS: unfortunately, all this is still under development, so at the moment it’s not usable if you don’t want to dig into the code, of course :) In other words, you can poke buttons, but there’s no return.
I hope this brief review will be interesting to someone.
