"Novaya Gazeta" under DDOS

Today I could not enter the site directly (http://novayagazeta.ru/), No route to host.
I rotated through Google, then it does not work - if you walk through the articles. The last news on the front page was about demolition in Rechnik.
In LV I came across the following record:

Such are the cases. DDOS is part of our lives.
Before that, only Expert (expert.ru) was missing from me - but there it was simply blocked in Google, and when you clicked the “Block on warning” button, you could still read.
