Page for happy owners of IE6

Inspired by this topic, I quickly navyal module for drupala, which all users of IE6 shows the prepared page.
To be honest, I did not understand the meaning of the update for this page , so I left the first version.

Thanks to AVR for the excellently laid out page.

Anticipating questions like “why is it a module when you can and easier to do” I will answer that this is more convenient. Module on - IE6 users dropped out, module off - they see the site.
