Having pierced the sender's number on the MTT website +792225723742, I found out that this is the Ural MegaFon. The address of the SMS center was also from there. The number of the message is really striped, Kurgan region (snakes?).
Calls to both numbers did not give a result.
Well, actually, the recipe is simple - I called the call center of both operators (by the way, I received a message on the number of the operator with an oval on a red background ) and reported the numbers.
The operator of the CC VimpelCom apparently did not know what to do with my "problem", because At first there was a long pause. But after a pause, their subscriber number went to the security service.
There were no delays in MegaFon, the girl took both numbers (both the sender and the payee), also transferring them to the security service.
