Copying the site without copyright and how to deal with it

I want to turn to the respected Habrasoobshchestvu for help in solving a small but unpleasant problem. Someone licked the content of one of my old site, scammed it under the new domain, removed all the copyrights and put in advertising banners, apparently for raising money. My emails sent to the two email addresses found do not give anything.

9 years ago I created a site dedicated to the good old programming environment - Visual Basic. The site was located at vb.hut.ru, but disappeared about a year and a half ago due to the closure of the free hosting hut.ru. Now the site can only be reached through a web archive .
A week ago, I accidentally stumbled upon a full copy of my site at: mslog.ru. Comparing the copy in the web archive with mslog.ru, it is easy to notice that the owner has removed all the information about the author and put up his advertising banners.
Whois of the domain mslog.ru issues host email: sokol_jack@mail.ru. Email is silent. If I got the name of the hosting by IP site correctly, then the site is hosted on infobox.ru. I tried to write a letter in abuse - zero reaction.
Maybe there are any other methods of dealing with such insolence?
