Portal of State services of the Tambov Region is made on Liferay
Not long ago, I accidentally stumbled upon the portal of the State Services of the Tambov Region and found that it was made on Liferay . Someone doesn't care - and that made me happy.
Why?
Pleased with a few moments:
1. The site is made quite well - the developers just should not be ashamed. I did not find any outright shoals
2. An open-source product was chosen, money was saved on licenses (although it was possible that the Enterprise Edition was purchased). It’s clear that you don’t always need to save - you can save a lot on licenses and use some shortcomings afterwards to bring the product to mind, but Liferay is quite a mature, stable product
3. An adequate solution has been chosen - I think Liferay is very well suited for such portals.

On the whole - not everything is so bad - government projects are not always reduced to a blunt cut - sometimes something working turns out.
