Apple is trying to take away the trademark "iPad" from Fujitsu
Apple has begun work on taking away the iPad trademark from Fujitsu in America. Last year, several unknown companies registered it in Canada, Europe and Asia. Experts believe that these are shell companies, specially created by Apple. But because of Fujitsu, the company cannot use this brand in the states.
Fujitsu also first applied for an iPad in 2003, but it was never fully accepted. Now the company produces trading terminals under this name. Apple has time until February 28 to provide the basis for the right to own the brand "iPad".
