Youtube added HTML5 support

Today Youtube added support for HTML5, we recently voted for html5 right here and here is our result :)
But there are some disadvantages, I hope only for now ...
- You can not watch videos in full screen
- Videos with ads will be shown with a flash

And as standard for the video was chosen codec H.264
