Opera Software acquired AdMarvel

Opera Software today announced it has acquired AdMarvel, Inc. This deal will complement the products and services that Opera offers to mobile operators and content providers with highly scalable advertising monetization services.
AdMarvel, located in San Mateo (California, USA), works with a large number of advertising tools to improve the effect of mobile advertising. The company was founded in 2006 by a team of mobile technology veterans led by Mahi de Silva and serves clients worldwide. AdMarvel's mission is to make mobile advertising more open, transparent in terms of efficiency and to simplify the management of advertising traffic. The AdMarvel suite of services allows ad networks, agencies and brands to control the owners of advertising traffic.
