Such a site, in addition to residents of megalopolises, would also be in demand by those users who live outside the region-interests of large information portals.

In addition, it can also be useful if the user of one region is interested in real estate in another. For example, a resident of Khanty-Mansiysk decides to buy a cottage in the Crimea. Or, if the user needs to search by adjacent regions. For example, he is going to buy land at the border of the Leningrad and Novgorod regions, or even the Leningrad region and Finland. Now, most likely, for this he will need to search on two sites.
To solve these problems, in addition to a single database, the interface of the site should be multilingual.
In addition, it would be good for the user to provide the ability to search on the map, and when placing an ad, you can independently specify the location of the object on the map and upload its photos.
