Rambler Mass Media has released a new informational application
"Games" - a magazine about computer projects that are created for our entertainment, pleasure, stress relief, or for the development of certain skills.
The Games magazine presents a thematic digest of the most interesting materials from electronic and print media, mainly from specialized publications. Every two weeks in the next issue there are reviews of recently released computer games, announcements of expected premieres, gaming industry news and analytical publications.
The first issue of the magazine deals with the psychological mood to achieve success in the game, the creation of music videos based on computer games, product placement in games, the rivalry between cinema and computer games for the audience and attention of well-known film producers and many other things. Soon the magazine will become a reference for current stories, which are developed and described by professional observers of the gaming community.
Like most projects Rambler, "Games" are interactive. Readers of the magazine can take part in surveys, comment on the material they are interested in, send an article or a photo to their friends via e-mail. From any page of the magazine, the reader can go to the pages of the game portal Rambler, where now there are well-known and well-loved multiplayer games "Sea Battle", "Chess", "Bones", the ancient Chinese solitaire "Mahjong" and a few dozen games. At the time of the appearance of the game section, it had no more than a dozen games of various genres in its assets. Now the game portal Rambler presents its premieres every week, and once in two weeks the best texts about the gaming industry are published by the Games magazine. In addition to articles and review materials, updated with the next issue, the magazine publishes a daily news feed, which informs readers about what is happening in the world of games and the gaming industry.
