We have been preparing for a long time and finally today we bring to your attention our new project - PreOrder.It
On our website you can find announcements of most new consumer electronics products - cell phones, PDAs, laptops, gadgets, photo and video equipment. We follow the announcements on the manufacturers' websites, blogs with insider and other types of information, where you can find rumors, facts, announcements and then post interesting findings at home.

With us you can leave a pre-order for the device you are interested in, and when it goes on sale, the happy owners of the goods will make you their offer. Your pre-order does not oblige you to anything - you simply express your interest in the product, and to interest you and make you an offer you cannot refuse is the seller’s task. :-)
We have also taken care of your privacy - the seller does not recognize your email, he can send an offer only through our service. There are limitations on the number of offers that a seller can send in order to protect users from being overly annoying. We also plan to improve anti-spam protection mechanisms.
The service is bilingual - the functionality and content are duplicated in English and Russian languages (except for cases when a specific product is not represented on the local market). We expect over time to attract and Western users.

I will tell you in general terms - the site is written in php using the Zend Framework, running under nginx, under FreeBSD. Accelerators are also present. Head of all this economy competent admin. Dedicated server in a data center in Europe.
