Twitter + web cam
Hello, Habraludi. Just as a week ago, the project started http://tweved.ru/ the idea is not new, but the implementation is unusual in its own way.
If you have a Web-Camera and a less successful and not such Chinese microphone, you will be able to get into 12 happy windows, otherwise you will have to listen and wait in line to make your contribution or suggestions on the topic.
To use the project you will need a Twitter account , a sort of screening out spammers and Japanese homemade products.

The only problem with chat is that Cyrillic does not want to work on Windows, so far only on the Mac OS.
The project is not mine, but a smart habrauser =)
