evoMouse Pet or another unusual rodent

Most recently, I wrote about the new mouse Algo Glide, but this device beats all records in terms of innovation. On the agenda is a mouse, to control which you don’t need to hold it at all! evoMouse Pet is a miniature box in the form of a small dog, equipped with two infrared sensors that track the movement of your fingers.

evoMouse Pet uses your finger as a cursor - you simply move your hand on the table next to it. Using the gadget, you can perform all the usual "mouse" operations: double-click, selection, scrolling, dragging. But what is more interesting, this mouse allows you to use the functionality of multi-touch technology: turn, zoom, go back and forth! Communication with the computer and charging is carried out using Bluetooth and USB, respectively. The battery life is about 2 hours.

It is reported that the device will work with operating systems Windows XP / Vista / 7 / Mobile, BlackBerry, Symbian. But I think that if you wish, we can enjoy it on Unix systems.

The price of this miracle is still unknown, as well as the release date.

Bonus: evoMouse Cube

Also evoMouse introduced a more advanced version - Cube. It includes a projected keyboard that can handle speeds of up to 400 characters per minute, as well as handwriting recognition.







Testers have called the keyboard handy, but because of the lack of tactile feedback, writing a novel with it can be a problem.
