Friends, do not kick right away - say a word :)
It so happened that I got to Habr quite by accident. And I did not know, and I did not know about it in all respects a wonderful resource and community.
One of my modest little article (defeated her in tatters, they say, aktskaya galymaya advertising, drive in 3 necks), published by a friend, caused a resonance and
Cyrill gave me an invite, so that I fought off myself :)
')
I basically wrote. In one specialized blog. I read a little. But interest gradually grew into a constant reading of the resource.
In general, I settled down here (let the goat into the garden :)), and I got some questions about the organization of the inner life of the community. Tell us, gentlemen experienced, as is customary here among their own. It’s embarrassing for me: for the whole time I’ve been here, I’ve only added a topic or an answer a couple of times. For I do not know what affects what :)
And here are my questions (if there are simple answers to FAK, there are similar topics - throw links, be happy to read, but live communication will be just a wonderful answer)
1. What is karma? I understand - ruler. What does it affect? If karma is negative, is it possible to create topics? And to answer? And put a plus sign? Can I see who has criticized me by lowering karma?
2. What are pluses? How do they affect the person they put and the one who set? I see the inscription: "you have XX plus signs left". If I don't use them, do they accumulate? And if used when restored? If I used my pluses, does my rating fall?
3. I got the good news today: I got 5 invites. It's great and nice. However, the question has appeared: issue of invites what influences? Does the behavior of my guest influence me? (It is clear that I can be proud or ashamed of myself, but tsifir :))
4. When and for what it is accepted to put plus signs? Can I put several pluses at once for the topic (answer)?
Thanks in advance for the simple and clear answers - I want to speak the same language with you :)
Shl By the way, I ran a search on blogs, but it was not much clearer. Perhaps I searched not there or not according to those words.
