Idea extensions for Google Chrome

With the advent of extensions for Google Chrome, quite a large number of people and companies began to make them. And many turned out to be of high quality, comfortable and useful. Well, since this browser, even with the number of extensions ~ 20 pieces, is no less smart and stable (IMHO), then nothing forces you to deny it, except for one small nuance - reducing the address bar.
That is why the idea came to me to save the extensions I needed without reducing the address bar, namely in this implementation:
Sketched in a few minutes, so please do not need to "minus" only for a poor-quality sketch.
So, there is an idea, but I have absolutely no opportunity to implement it. Therefore , I published it for those who can do extensions.
Well, if someone knows an existing extension with similar functionality, I would be grateful for the information about it.
