In the Belarusian Grodno three suns shone

On Thursday morning, residents observed an interesting phenomenon in the sky over the Belarusian city of Grodno ( see where it is on Google maps ) - the pargelia , in which several pseudo-suns appear in the sky.
For several hours it was possible to watch the winter rainbow, which was formed due to the freezing weather and morning fog. Under these conditions, small ice crystals were formed in the air, which began to act like a multitude of lenses under the action of bright rays of the sun. Under such circumstances, 6-coal flat ice crystals began to form in the upper layers of the atmosphere. Under the influence of gravity, they began to descend to the surface of the Earth, and, spinning in air, refracted sunlight.
