Scientists "manually" created devices with sizes less than 10 nanometers

A group of researchers from the University of Pennsylvania (University of Pennsylvania) used an electron beam to “manually” cut out thin metal films of the structure and device less than 10 nm in size. Their method may affect the development of nanotechnology, including nanoelectronics.
