Those who work in the field of mobile Internet often need a base of IP ranges of mobile operators.
It so happened that in free access this information is not so easy to find.
Those who are enough to split by country, as an option, you can use the base maxmind. There is also a free option. But it is mobile networks that are covered poorly.

The site collects a base of mobile IPs under its wing and puts it here: www.procontent.ru/dev/gateway-ips.html
But try someone to use it for business and immediately all the inconveniences come up. There is no clear breakdown by countries, and the country is not specified for all ranges, there is no export at least to some format suitable for normal processing.
And so the parser was written, which will “brush” this inconvenient set and give it in the correct form.
