Acer recalls 22 thousand netbooks

Acer has announced the recall of several models of Aspire One netbooks, slashdot reports. The reason was a defect in the microphone connector on the motherboard, which could lead to a fire. The microphone is located in the area on which the user usually puts his wrist.

The list of defective models is AS3410, AS3410T, AS3810T, AS3810TG, AS3810TZ and AS3810TZG.
