Lenovo Skylight: lightweight smartbook based on Qualcomm Snapdragon
Lenovo announced Skylight, a smartbook based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform with 1 GHz. According to the manufacturer, this is the first smartbook based on the Snapdragon chipset in the ARM industry. This model with a 10.1-inch display, enclosed in an original case with rounded corners. The device is very light: its weight is only 900 grams. Lenovo Skylight has 20 GB of flash memory for storing files. Lenovo Skylight is running the Linux operating system and a widget based interface. 18 widgets are already pre-installed on the device, they provide quick access to services such as Gmail, Facebook and so on. It will begin to be sold in the United States in April of this year and will cost $ 499 without a contract.
