Nothing, I think, cannot be so hopeless that there is no information anywhere on the site for those who at 5 am decided to check how much he owes the bank.
- What do we have here? Nothing. Reference What is Internet banking and how does it work? leads to PDF (!!!) document. That is, of course, it is very advanced ... but somehow still strange. Why you can’t write like a human being and don’t hang my browser with a fucking adobe plugin.
- Maybe something else is on the login page, which I look at in confusion? Not. At the phone number at the top note. For the first second, I thought that I was being played. In the second - I stupidly hung. In the third - it seemed to me that I was the same idiot for whom the inventor of this widget was holding me.

One very simple page made me feel like a moron four times.

I can not understand this. There are some rules ... Or respect: a bank for clients, a studio developer for site users.
